Project team with 2 full time core members plus 6 ad-hoc & part-time staff _______________________________________________________ As part of a company-wide implementation of an ISO-9001 based quality system a complete assessment was made of all laboratory procedures, as well as analysis frequencies, methodologies, standards & references. Revised, more accurate and affordable services levels were negotiated and agreed with internal and external customers. Based on these service levels structure and staffing of the organisation were adjusted, and alignment with other laboratories within the group was made. |
