4 full time core project team members plus 10 ad-hoc & part-time staff

Most organisation suffer from a data overload problem: piles of paper, multi-tab sheet spreadsheets, all full of meaningless and confusing numbers, with hardly any interpretation and filtering. Managers lack appropriate information to manage the business, and cannot anticipate on trends.

V I S MOCS has built up large experience with translating business strategies into Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), to start measuring performance against these KPI's, and to implement reporting structures that improve responsiveness of the organisation.
